Thanks for checking my fundraising page.  As you may know in 2015 I joined Dare2tri, an organization that supports athletes with physical disabilities and visual impairments.  With the support of Dare2tri, many athletes, including myself can participate in community athletic events.  Dare2tri is a non-for-profit organization and depends upon the support of the community to promote their mission of positively impacting the live of athletes with physical disabilities and visual impairments by developing their skills in paratriathlon.  It has been a great year for me, and with the support of Dare2tri I have had the opportunity to participate in 2 training camps and have completed 3 Sprint triathlons thus far.  This current season I have 4 triathlons scheduled and will also run the Chicago Marathon with my two friends Eric and Mike.  So, please make a donation if you can.  No donation is too small and it will be used to provide training, coaching, equipment and a supporting community of disabled athletes.

BANK OF AMERICA CHICAGO MARATHON - RACE2RAISE TEAM

Dare2tri Paratriathlon Club is proud to be a part of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon for its Charity Marathon Team, “Race2Raise.” The mission of Dare2tri is to positively impact the lives of athletes with physical disabilities and visual impairments by developing their skills in paratriathlon. 

In its first year as a Charity Marathon Team, Dare2tri hopes that Race2Raise Team members 'Inspire Many' on their journey to complete 26.2 miles! All funds raised by Race2Raise will directly benefit Dare2tri athletes and programs with hopes of growing both the sport of paratriathlon and the amount of paratriathletes in the Chicago-area and beyond.
