In 2015, my love for running truly unfolded with a small local 5k outside of St. Louis.
Moving to Chicago in the spring of 2016, my passion for running emerged.
It was in 2017 that I ran my first 8k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, ultra-marathon and competed in 2 triathlons.
If you know me personally, you know my love for a challenge. This challenge for me was triathlons.
This year I am taking my love for the sport of triathlon and running an absurb amount of miles during training and then running the Chicago Marathon to raise money for Dare2Tri. Dare2Tri is a local non-profit with a passion to positiviley impact the lives of individuals with visual impairments as well as physical disabilities. The amount of love I have for running cannot be outweighed by my love of running for a cause! I ask from the bottom of my heart for your donations towards my fundraising goal of $1,500.
