Summary
Dare2tri’s Multisport Clinic is open to athletes with disabilities of all ages, ability levels, and experience with triathlon. The clinic provides a unique and experiential opportunity for all who are ready to kick off the triathlon season and experience coaching and training in cycling, running, and/or wheelchair pushing. The event includes cycling training, and run/push clinics led by highly trained and qualified coaches and mentor athletes.
The Dare2tri Multisport Clinic is hosted at Illinois Bone and Joint, which is conveniently located at the intersection of Skokie Valley Road and Park Avenue in Highland Park, Illinois. This event offers a fantastic introduction to the sport of triathlon, and it’s a great way to get fired up about the upcoming triathlon season with targeted coaching in each of the various disciplines.

Description
The Dare2tri Multisport Clinic is hosted at Illinois Bone and Joint in Highland Park on Saturday, March 2 from 12:45pm - 5:45pm.
- 12:45 pm – 1:15 pm - Registration/Check-In at IBJI
- 1:20pm - Event Welcome
- 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm - Yoga/Pilates
- 2:15pm - 3:15pm - Session 1
- 3:30pm - 4:30pm - Session 2
- 4:45pm - 5:45pm - Session 3
Athletes will rotate through the 3 session times. The 3 sessions are swimming at Foss Swim School, cycling at Vision Quest and running/pushing at IBJI
Scholarships are available for this event.
